Bilingual Customer Service Agent – Pentafon

Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Contract
Monthly Income: $18,000 – $21,600 MXN

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting customers through calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
• Resolving questions and requests related to financial and retail services

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced conversational English (assessment required)
• At least 1 year of Call Center experience in Customer Service
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress, incomplete, or completed
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and sense of responsibility
