Customer Service Executive – Airline Industry (Insurgentes Sur)
Location: Insurgentes Sur Area, Mexico City
Schedule: Full-time
Contract: Permanent
Work Mode: On-site

Join the customer service team of a leading airline and provide specialized support to passengers. In this role, you will assist customers with reservations, flight changes, baggage inquiries, and additional services, always aiming to create a positive and smooth travel experience.

What You’ll Do
Support passengers via phone with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Assist with flight reservations, changes, baggage information, and related services
Resolve customer inquiries and follow up when needed
Deliver a friendly, accurate, and high-quality service experience
Be part of a collaborative and supportive customer service team

What We’re Looking For
Legal age
High school diploma (completed or in progress)
Customer service experience (call center or in-person service) is a plus
Clear communication, empathy, and good writing skills
Basic computer skills
