Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our growing e-commerce and wholesale operations team. This is a 100% remote opportunity as an independent contractor, ideal for organized individuals who enjoy data analysis and logistics coordination.

This role combines marketplace analytics with purchase order coordination, offering valuable hands-on experience in international e-commerce and supply chain management.

What You'll Do in This Role

• Inventory Management & Planning
• Inbound Shipment Coordination
• Supplier & Vendor Relations
• FBA Compliance & Problem Resolution
• Cost Management & Optimization
• Reporting & Data Analysis
• Multi-Channel Coordination

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency - You must be able to communicate fluently and confidently with our American team in both written and spoken English, participating actively in virtual meetings, calls, and daily correspondence
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Data analysis capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability to new systems and software
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work

Preferred:

• Previous experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or operations
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams

Position Details

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time
• Location: Remote from Culiacán, Sinaloa (must be available during business hours)
• Duration: Long-term engagement with growth opportunities
