WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist passengers over the phone with travel-related inquiries
• Support flight reservations, schedule changes, baggage services, and travel requests
• Provide accurate information and solutions with empathy and professionalism
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure resolution
• Deliver a positive customer experience from beginning to end

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma completed or in progress
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (call center or face-to-face)
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Good written communication and attention to detail
LOCATION
• Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City
• Easy access and excellent transportation connectivity
