We’re looking for a Call Center Booking Specialist who can confidently handle calls, connect with customers, and lock in bookings like a pro. You’ll be the voice of College Hunks—helping customers schedule their moving and junk removal services while delivering top-tier customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Answer inbound calls (20 - 40 per day)
- Make outbound calls to follow up and close bookings (60 - 100 per day)
- Turn inquiries into scheduled jobs
- Provide quotes and explain services clearly
- Keep everything organized and properly logged
- Work closely with the team to keep schedules smooth

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or sales-related role is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

Technical Requirements

- Computer or laptop with reliable performance
- Dual monitor setup
- Noise-canceling headset
- Stable internet connection

• Educación mínima: Educación media superior -Bachillerato General
• 1 año de experiencia
• Idiomas: Inglés
