Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, driven Accountant with 2 years of accounting experience, and preferably restaurant industry familyism. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and high proficiency in English to communicate both written and occasionally verbally with US-based clients, vendors and colleagues.

Pay depends on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile, bank, and credit card statements
Process weekly check runs and manages vendor payments
Calculate, file, and pay monthly and quarterly sales, use, and business taxes
Review and reconciliation accounts payable aging reports
Add and code bank and credit card entries into GL software
Enter daily sales data
Sort and answer daily emails from clients and vendors
Reconcile third-party sales, deposits, and commissions
Reconcile payroll clearing accounts and add payroll journal entries to GL software

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (restaurant accounting experience highly preferred)
High English proficiency (both written and verbal)

Description of the Post:

We are looking for a Contador of restaurants oriented to the details, proactive and motivated, with 2 years of accounting experience and preferably familiarity with the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a high command of English to communicate in writing and occasionally on the phone with customers, suppliers and colleagues in the United States.

The payment depends on the experience.

Key responsibilities:

Conciltain account statements from suppliers, banks and credit cards.
Process weekly checks and manage payments to suppliers.
Calculate, submit and pay monthly and quarterly taxes on sales, use and business.
Review and reconcile the reports of seniority of accounts payable.
Add and encode bank and credit card tickets in GL software.
Enter daily sales data.
Classify and respond daily emails from customers and providers.
Concrete sales, deposits and third-party commissions.
Concilitate payroll accounts and add payroll entries in GL software.

Requirements:

Title in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in restaurant accounting is preferred).
High command of English (both written and verbal).

Salad: $12,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
