We are looking for a Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives in the digital space. If you have experience managing complex projects, a strong background in web development, and a keen interest in the banking industry, this opportunity is for you! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects, especially in web development and banking products. Advanced or bilingual English (ability to communicate effectively in an international environment). Experience with Agile / hybrid frameworks, managing cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product). Experience in banking and payments, including regulatory risk management and approval processes (NPA). Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Availability for indefinite relocation to the United States (TN visa support will be provided). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and quality. Develop and track project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product). Monitor initiative progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and blockers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; establish project governance through forums and escalation mechanisms. Produce executive reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility for decision-making. - Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
- 5 años de experiencia
- Conocimientos: Gestión de equipos, Microsoft project
