Job Description

Orca is looking for a Paid Social Strategist to help manage and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will assist with the planning, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns, ensuring they drive performance and contribute to business goals. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and has a passion for digital advertising, with an eagerness to grow within the paid media space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and others.
Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to maximize ROI and performance.
Analyze and report on campaign results, providing insights to improve future efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure paid media strategies align with overall marketing and business objectives.
Assist in the creation of ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
Help manage paid media budgets by ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired results.
Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, new tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized and innovative.
Support with A/B testing for creative, messaging, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance.

Basic Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in digital media, paid advertising, or a similar role.
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
Basic experience with Google Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools.
Knowledge of digital advertising best practices and trends.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves

Experience managing budgets and working with digital media spend.
Familiarity with paid media tools (e.g., SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms).
Understanding of social media marketing and its impact on ecommerce.
Basic experience with creative optimization and A/B testing strategies.
