Job Description The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns and creative deliverables by managing workflow, tracking timelines, and ensuring projects move efficiently from intake to final release. This role plays a key part in supporting franchise and corporate marketing initiatives, maintaining campaign organization, and managing content updates within Confie Hub. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Scholarship: University/college Computer knowledge: MS Office applications, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop Experience: Strong experience in traffic role or project management Job Responsibilities: Coordinate creative requests from intake through final asset delivery, ensuring timelines and requirements are met. Maintain and update production schedules using established project management tools (Wrike, Excel, etc.). Support franchise and corporate marketing campaigns by tracking deliverables, managing revisions, and assisting with asset distribution. Manage content updates within Confie Hub, including scheduling announcements, uploading creative assets, and ensuring accuracy. Partner with internal teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and facilitate approvals. Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up to keep campaigns on track. Assist with preparation of campaign reports, project tracking, and budget documentation as needed. Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives and community events, including vendor communication and material ordering. Provide administrative support related to campaign execution, vendor requests, invoices, shipping coordination, and tracking campaign numbers. Perform other duties as assigned in support of creative and marketing operations.
