**Important: This position is strictly on-site, and only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate may apply. The job offer will only be provided after successfully completing the interview process at our offices. Please note that we do not cover relocation expenses to the city.

Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Some examples are Freeway, One Source, Bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as SCRAM, First Acceptance, Assured Health, among others.
We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana. This past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in Mexico.

Home Office Customer Service Representative
Overview: In this role, you will assist clients with making appointments, setting up their products, and answering general questions related to Car Breathalyzer installations.Schedule:Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PMImportant Note:
You will need to attend one month of on-site training. During this period, training is fully paid. After the training period, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to work from home.Operations Schedule:-8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday and Sunday off.

-8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday and --Saturday off.Requirements:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (Required)
Basic computer skills
