ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re seeking a Graphic and Presentation Designer to create compelling visual content that helps us fulfill our mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world. This role focuses on designing engaging presentation decks and other creative assets while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/PST

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and design engaging and professional digital/print assets and slide decks that align with client brand guidelines and storytelling requirements using various design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma
- Handle multiple design projects per day across various industries.
- Engage regularly with Customers, Team/Production Coordinators, Art Directors, Quality Specialists, and other Creatives.
Engage with Design Pickle's customers, understanding their queue and overall process, and address graphic design-related concerns effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Coordinator, Quality Specialists, and other team members to ensure design quality adheres to brand guidelines.
- Visual Content Creation and Graphic Editing: Craft visually engaging, high-quality designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital channels, by transforming raw visual assets into polished, high-quality designs aligned with client brand guidelines and messaging.
- Organize digital assets, including images, project files, and graphics, efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.
- Provide additional services and support as required by the client.

- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Proficiency in Presentation Design tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
- Experience in crafting visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient project execution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- A strong portfolio with examples such as:
Social media and digital ads
- Presentations (PPT/Google Slides)
- Print materials (flyers, brochures, labels)
Merchandise designs
Web layouts (design only)
Logos and branding
Simple GIFs and infographics

Important: Brine Program
Before fully joining, you’ll go through a 2-week evaluation period called Brine during PST business hours. You’ll complete real design tasks to show your skills and speed. This step is required to move forward.
