This position starts with a strong hands-on focus. In the beginning, most of your time will be spent in fabrication, fitting, and on-site installation to fully understand materials, tolerances, and real-world marine constraints.

About the role
We design, manufacture, and install engineered yacht decking systems (advanced synthetic materials and premium natural teak solutions) for luxury yachts and superyachts.
Our workflow integrates laser measurement, 3D scanning, CAD/CAM, and CNC fabrication with millimeter-level precision installation on operational vessels. This is an engineering-driven role — not a traditional trade position.

What you will work on
• Capturing complex yacht geometry using laser measurement and 3D scanning
• Converting real-world measurement data into accurate digital models
• Preparing CAD geometry and CAM workflows for CNC router fabrication
• Supporting CNC production, nesting logic, and quality verification
• Precision fitting, alignment, and on-site installation
• Dimensional control, tolerance checks, and finish validation
• Continuous improvement of fabrication and installation processes

Background we are looking for
• Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields
• Technical university students or recent graduates are welcome
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn

Technologies & tools
• CAD/CAM (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar)
• CNC router workflows
• Measurement and metrology systems
• Engineered materials and precision bonding techniques
(Training is provided for marine-specific systems.)

Location
