Due to job growth, RESULTSCX is seeking: Bilingual Customer Service Agents for the United States.

Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent!

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work on-site at our Monterrey location in San Pedro providing support with empathy and professionalism 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers with scheduling, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure smooth communication on the phone.
Complete 7 weeks of paid training (Monday through Friday) to equip you with the skills you need to succeed.

Location:

Work on-site at our San Pedro, Monterrey office: Just in front of Fashion Drive!
