Your Challenge:

As a Customer Service representative, you will be our clients' hero—resolving doubts and providing exceptional, proactive support. You won't just answer calls; you will create solutions! By deeply understanding our clients' needs, you will also act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to suggest products and upgrades that help them reach their goals even faster.

What do we need from you?

B1 English Level or higher
Must live in Puebla or the Metropolitan Area (Ability to commute to Lomas de Angelópolis).
Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and problem-solving.
Experience: Previous BPO / Call Center experience is a big plus, but if you have the right attitude and language skills, we’ll train you!
