ResultsCX Hermosillo: Where Details Matter and Customers Come First
Give me the basics!
Availability: Full-time work, Monday to Sunday 5 days a week with 9.5-hour shifts, and 2 days OFF!
Pay Expectation: Base: $16.000 + Bonus potential: $4.000 - Up to $20,000 Monthly!
*Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
·Education: High school diploma or GED required
·Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish
Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute
Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience

What should I know for the Interview?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a variety of inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
Working with a high volume of calls, you’ll rely on strong communication, attention to detail, and efficient system navigation to handle repetitive but essential requests. Your ability to stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver clear, accurate support ensures customers get what they need quickly and confidently. If you enjoy structured work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering consistent, reliable service, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

One of our agents received a call from a customer who was trying to track a large order that was supposed to arrive that day. After waiting all afternoon, the delivery hadn’t shown up, and when the customer checked online, the status hadn’t updated, leaving him frustrated and unsure of what went wrong.
Our agent took ownership of the situation right away, reviewing the order details across multiple systems to pinpoint the issue. They discovered the delivery had been delayed due to a routing problem and quickly provided the customer with an accurately updated delivery window. To make things right, the agent also walked through available options, including rescheduling or canceling if needed, while ensuring the customer felt fully informed and in control.
By the end of the call, the customer had clarity, a confirmed delivery plan, and confidence that everything was back on track. He said, ‘I wish I had called sooner, you explained everything way better than the website did.’

-Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
-Ability to work onsite for your shift at Avenida Cultura y Paseo de la Reforma Local C12, 83270 Hermosillo, Sonora. For agents who shift will be starting before 7am or ending after 7pm local time, transportation can be provided!
