CALL CENTER AGENT – ON-SITE POSITION
Our company specializes in lead generation for roofing companies across the United States. We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Call Center Agents to join our growing team.
As a Call Center Agent, your main responsibility will be reaching out to homeowners and scheduling roof inspections. This is NOT a customer support position; IT IS a sales and appointment-setting role focused on generating qualified leads. (Strictly Cold Calling)
Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, consistency, and a results-driven mindset.

What We’re Looking For:
* Advanced English communication skills
* Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
* Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and stay focused on their goals
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
What it looks like:
*Full time position (10 hrs shift, Includes 1 hour for lunch + 40 min. break)
*We provide you with a laptop and headset
*We offer paid Vacations after 1 year with us
*We offer Caja de ahorro after 6 months with us

Important:
This is a fully on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Due to the nature of our hiring process and the immediate availability of the position, priority will be given to candidates who are currently residing in the area and available to work on-site.
