Descripción Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States. The role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in Canada, so a fluent English level is required because you will work with the Canadian Market. The full Recruitment process would be in English. Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc) Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Salary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross As a Solar Energy Technical Customer Service Representative, you will assist residential and/or commercial customers with technical issues and inquiries related to their solar energy systems, provide information about solar products and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on technical support in English. Provide accurate information about solar products, services, installation processes, maintenance, its benefits and financing options. Assist customers with installation and post-installation, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their solar equipment and systems. Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on the status of installations or service requests. Handling customer complaints and concerns effectively, working to resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or field service teams as needed Walk customers through basic troubleshooting steps and remote diagnostics Educate customers on how to read their solar production data and optimize system performance Skills: 1+ years of experience as a Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Strong experience in Solar Energy or Renewable Energies Experience working for US or Canadian companies (Preferable) Strong experience with CRM or Solar Energy Software Strong English communication skills
