About the Role Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building high-quality, scalable software and wants to make a meaningful impact. In this role, youll design and deliver end-to-end features, influence technical direction, and help elevate engineering standards across the team. Youll work with modern technologies, own your work from design through release, and help shape our future architecture. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in environments that value autonomy, continuous improvement, and strong engineering fundamentals. **This role can be carried out remotely, but requires the selected candidate to be physically located within the country of Mexico. What Youll Do Design & Architecture: Drive technical design for features and systems; document and present solutions. Build Great Software: Develop high-quality services, UIs, and data components using modern engineering practices. AI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and exploration of technical solutions; apply an AI-augmented engineering mindset to improve both speed and quality. Quality & Testing: Ensure reliability with automated tests and strong acceptance criteria discipline. Operational Ownership: Add observability, monitor health, and use data to improve system performance. CI/CD & Release: Contribute to fast, reliable build and deployment processes. Incident Response: Participate in oncall rotations and help improve system stability over time. Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, promote strong engineering habits, and influence team-wide technical decisions.
