Location: Monterrey, NL (local candidates only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 to 16:00
Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days home office – non-negotiable)

Important:
This is a Scrum Master role focused on facilitating Agile teams and supporting delivery processes.
This is NOT a project manager or coordinator-only role.
Only candidates currently based in Monterrey and the metropolitan area will be considered.
No relocation support is provided.
Fluent English required for daily communication with global teams.
No students.

About the role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering software solutions. In this role, you will guide teams in Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help remove impediments to ensure continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.

You will work closely with Product Owners and development teams to support backlog management, team collaboration, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the team in following Agile principles and improving delivery processes.
Help remove blockers and impediments affecting team performance.
Work with Product Owners to support backlog organization and prioritization.
Promote collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.
Track and support team progress, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.

Required experience:
3–5 years of experience in IT roles.
At least 1–2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or within Agile teams.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience working with tools such as Jira or similar.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Fluent English required.

Preferred:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or similar).
Experience in software development environments.
Exposure to business analysis or product support activities.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, SharePoint, or GitHub.
