Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to focus on qualifying leads and setting them up for successful sales closures by our expert team. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building initial relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively communicating the initial value proposition of Stargety's services.
Your primary goal is to identify qualified prospects with genuine/potential needs and schedule regular consultations with our team experts. This is a fully remote, commission-based role offering significant uncapped earning potential for driven individuals who excel at identifying and qualifying high-value leads. You will get the satisfaction of generating impactful opportunities for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Connect and Qualify (The core of your success!):
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (online research, networking, industry events, targeted outreach, email, linkedIn and other social media).
Develop and execute engaging outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) to connect with prospective clients.
Respond promptly and enthusiastically to inbound inquiries.
Initial Sales Conversations & Qualification:
Conduct thorough initial needs assessments to understand the client's needs that can be solved by improving or bringing onboard UI/UX talent.
Deliver compelling introductory sales presentations and product overviews to showcase Stargety's value proposition.
Articulate the key benefits of partnering with Stargety and how our talent solutions address their initial needs.
Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Relationship Building (The Human Touch):
Build rapport and establish initial relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers and design leads.
Act as a point of contact for new leads, answering their initial questions and providing relevant information.
Hand-off to the Team (Setting the Stage for Success):
Provide thorough hand-off notes to the team with all relevant prospect information.
Meticulously keep track of all sales activities and workflow within our CRM
Stay in the Know:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities (enough to have intelligent initial conversations).
Contribute to Growth:
Meet with the team to report key metrics and contribute to new business development strategies.
Contribute to other areas of the business as needed (e.g., marketing channel testing, sales process improvements, data analysis).
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients: You're empathetic, an active listener, and focus on a values-first approach.
Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales (1+ years experience): You're a results-driven hunter who thrives on achieving targets.
Strong understanding of the early stages of the sales process: You're strategic and analytical, understanding your sales funnel metrics.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently: You're a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Familiarity with the UI/UX design field is a plus.
Sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
Natural curiosity and enthusiasm about growing a company.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fully remote, performance-based role with significant, uncapped earning potential.
High Commission Rates: Earn a generous commission on every qualified lead that converts into a successful client engagement.
Clear Sales Goal: Your initial sales goal is to achieve 5 closed deals within the first 6 months. We'll provide the support and resources you need to hit (and exceed!) that target.
Earning Potential: With our commission structure and a goal of 5 closed deals, you have the potential to earn double or triple your salary in commissions within your first 6 months,
Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Set your own schedule and manage your own time,the only requirement is to attend daily to our standup call via zoom.

- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
- 4 años de experiencia
- Idiomas: Inglés
- Edad: A partir de 21 años
- Conocimientos: Cierre de ventas, Venta de intangibles, Ventas online, Ventas internacionales
