Omnichannel Marketing Executive - Cancún Q. Roo Integrated Campaigns | Clienteling | Digital & InStore Experience | Premium Brand Management POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and highly detailoriented Omnichannel Marketing Executive to join our AAA team. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing 360° marketing initiatives that seamlessly connect online and offline touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and global brand partners, you will ensure that every campaign, activation, and client experience reflects the prestige, consistency, and elevated standards of the AAA environment. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing roles Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies, including e-commerce, CRM, Digital marketing and social media Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels and markets Advanced English (spoken & written) Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing KPIs, CRM data, and consumer insights Excellent communication skills and a refined brand sensibility *Must live in Cancún Q. Roo KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment between digital platforms, in-store experience, and brand objectives Coordinate AAA in-store events, client activations, and brand experiences to drive engagement and conversion Manage the content calendar, ensuring cohesive storytelling across digital, social, and retail channels Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and marketing campaigns Support CRM initiatives, including segmentation, personalized communications, and clienteling strategies Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare actionable reports Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives Maintain relationships with brand partners, agencies, and suppliers Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of marketing resources Support the development of loyalty, retention, and VIP customer programs Monitor budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
