About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and CRM Manager to lead our CRM department. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives and data-driven CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer relationship management, marketing strategy, and team leadership.

This role oversees a team of CRM analysts and collaborates closely with other departments to enhance customer experiences and maximize business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Leadership:
• Oversee and lead the CRM team, ensuring data-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize customer interactions.
• Optimize email, SMS, and digital marketing automation to enhance customer journeys.
• Work with sales and operations teams to ensure CRM aligns with business objectives.

Marketing Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Lead brand development, digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring messaging is aligned with brand identity and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and develop the CRM team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and IT teams to enhance customer experiences.



Qualifications and Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer engagement roles.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation, analytics, and reporting in Excel.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, paid media, and customer journey mapping is a plus.
