This is a 100% virtual, work-from-home position supporting clients, insurance agents, and executive leadership throughout the United States.

Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring Operations Specialists for multiple departments, including:

* Licensing & Contracting
* New Business Case Management
* Commissions & Annual Reviews
* Client Services

During the interview process, we will determine which department best matches your experience, skills, and strengths.

What You'll Do

Depending on the department you join, your responsibilities may include:

* Provide outstanding customer service to clients and insurance agents.
* Communicate professionally by phone, email, and Zoom.
* Process insurance licensing and contracting.
* Assist with New Business applications and underwriting follow-up.
* Coordinate Annual Policy Reviews with clients.
* Process commissions and policy service requests.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
* Schedule appointments and assist with executive operations.
* Follow up with insurance carriers, clients, and agents.
* Work closely with multiple departments to ensure exceptional service.
* Participate in daily Zoom meetings.
* Complete additional operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

* Customer Service
* Executive or Administrative Support
* Operations
* Insurance
* Financial Services

* Minimum 3 years of professional phone experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Professional attitude and positive work ethic

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the U.S. Life Insurance industry
* Experience working with insurance carriers
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience supporting executive leadership
* Experience in licensing, contracting, underwriting, commissions, policy service, or client support

This position requires working with clients, insurance carriers, and insurance professionals throughout the United States. Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
