Inside Sales Representative (Remote) - (Home Office)

**COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES - US DOLLARS**

-Training Pay: $4 USD/hour during the first 2 weeks
- Base Pay: $5 USD/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40–46 hours per week
- Performance Increase: Up to $7 USD/hour after 6 months (based on performance review)*
- Commissions: Unlimited sales commissions on top of base pay

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with U.S.-based customers
- Close sales and book service appointments with trusted partners
- Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Manage daily tasks using our in-house CRM and software tools
- Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based service company specializing in professional bee removal, beekeeping, wasp extermination, and pest control. Our services cover Dallas, TX and multiple markets across the United States.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**

- Native-level English speaker (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based pay
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
- Motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
