A leading company in the electronic manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Manager to take on the integral and strategic management of all non-production infrastructure and services (Soft Services) at its plant. This role is fundamental to ensuring a safe, efficient, and business-supportive operating environment. CANDIDATE PROFILE AND KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Managerial Experience: Minimum of 5 years in General Services or Facilities Management leadership roles. Industry: Proven experience in the Manufacturing or Electronics Industry. Leadership: Experience in Coordinating and Managing First-Line Personnel/Managers. Languages: Advanced Conversational English (Mandatory for reporting and communication with corporate headquarters or international clients). STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This role transforms support tasks into strategic programs focused on efficiency and compliance. 1. Strategic Supplier Management and Financial Control: Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and administration of contracts with critical service providers: Industrial Canteen/Catering, Personnel Transportation, Cleaning, and Maintenance of Auxiliary Equipment. Financial Control: Administer the areas OPEX budget, identifying savings opportunities and managing corporate travel expenses. Performance: Design and implement KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to audit and ensure the efficiency and compliance of all suppliers. 2. Corporate Logistics and Mobility: Personnel Transportation: Manage and optimize routes and costs for the service, ensuring coverage, safety, and punctuality. Travel and Executive Assistance: Oversee business travel logistics (domestic and international) and support for visitors, including managing the corporate vehicle fleet and office equipment/furniture. 3. Infrastructure and Compliance: Normativity: Actively collaborate with EHS and Asset Protection systems, ensuring that service infrastructure (canteens, common areas) complies with all regulations (including local safety standards). Preventive Maintenance: Establish preventive maintenance programs for service equipment (cafeteria, lockers), reducing downtime due to failures. Service Culture: Lead the team to drive a high-quality service culture and efficient problem resolution for internal users. LOCATION AND VACANCY DETAILS Work Location: Southern area of the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara. Schedule: Administrative hours, with the flexibility and availability inherent to 24/7 service management.
