Job Description

The Systems Director is responsible for all technological programs and computer systems related to the hotel's activities. He is in charge of planning and coordinating with the hotel management and the corporate offices the development, implementation, and launch of the different technological platforms and equipment installed in the hotel.

Together with the general management, it participates in special projects designed by it, has sufficient knowledge to support the different technological systems and platforms installed in the hotel, and works with users, supporting them in training new staff and ensuring that all The hotel systems function correctly.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain computer systems in optimal conditions.
Implement the hotel system.
You develop new programs or optimize those installed to make the most of the computer systems.
Prepare confidential projects or reports, as requested.
Implement systems policies and procedures, review installed security systems, and limit user access to confidential systems and the site of the system.
Update systems contingency manuals.
Coordinate with the different suppliers to maintain the installed systems and equipment.
Work together with corporate offices to establish systems policies and procedures.
Coordinate with general management the installation and operation of the different systems used in the hotel.
Periodically prepare the inventory of equipment and software installed in the hotel and ensure that all software is legal and has up-to-date licenses.
Monitor the costs and expenses of computer systems.
Plan and track capital expenditures related to systems.
Perform other tasks designated by the hotel's general management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or systems engineering
Experiencia of 5 years in similar position
English 100%
§ Knowledge of PMS hotel management systems, networks and telecommunications
§ Proficiency in the English language
§ Experience in design and implementation of computer systems
§ Leadership.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

• Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
• 5 años de experiencia
• Idiomas: Inglés
• Edad: entre 30 y 55 años
