Education: Higher education in the field of Economy

Work experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing area of automotive industry

Professional knowledge and skills: very good knowledge of negotiation techniques; knowledge about serial production materials, knowledge of procurement procedures in the group and the principles of domestic and foreign trade, good knowledge of MS Office

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of the German language will be an advantage

Main duties:
Responsible for nomination of supplier and Change Management before and after SOP including after sales parts for the category of materials.
Identify, execute and track Saving actions and commitment for achieving the saving targets
Responsible for the corresponding continuous improvement category of products/materials in the context of procurement goals
Adjust supplier panel together with Commodity buyer
Sourcing the suitable suppliers for new and existing program in accordance with commodity
Ensure the procurement performance (procurement saving, key milestone on time, pass rate for program , supplier on time delivery and meeting with quality target )
Ensure nomination of supplier according with project schedule and budget Sign the contract
Preparation of the necessary RFQ and project review documents.
Claim Management and Escalation Management. Processing of complaints from escalation level.
Offers comparison. Negotiation with suppliers.
Sign LOI and Project contract (Letter of Nomination) with suppliers. Tracking the delivery.
Compliance with the regulated procurement processes and for the best possible benefit of the company.
Handle and manage records and presentations for meetings.
Ensure that the latest best practice can be implement in responsible programs RFQ’s
Make proposal/decision to change/add a supplier/ suggest reliable category suppliers to the commodity.
