Requirements:
- Strong English understanding
- Spoken English and spoken Spanish (bilingual)
- Windows or Mac Computer (Desktop or Laptop)
- Fast Internet speed connection
- Availability to attend a remote paid training from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Be located in the city of Playa del Carmen
- High School Diploma
- No previous job experience required, but customer service, call center or interpreter experience is preferred
