Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana Responsibilities: Review and assign claims with accuracy, ensuring proper categorization based on client-provided information. Analyze and interpret documentation carefully to validate and process claims effectively. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates and ensure a positive experience. Utilize office tools and document management systems to organize, track, and process claims efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting, Proficient in both English and Spanish.
