Medica Santa Carmen is dedicated to the prevention, detection and treatment of kidney diseases, operating a growing network of dialysis clinics, laboratory, and nephrology specialty care. Kidney failure is one of the leading chronic diseases in Mexico, affecting more than 150,000 people (1:800) and one in ten are at high risk due to diabetes, obesity and/or lack of quality medical care. Medica Santa Carmen was founded in 2011 with the mission of delivering accessible, effective and dignified care, and today serves private and public funded (IMSS) patients in the states of Querétaro and Guanajuato, México and is the only clinic network in the country to hold both ISO9001 and Mexican Health Ministry certifications. Santa Carmen’s vision is to become the network of most impact in reaching base of the pyramid patients, by becoming the best, different and special.
