As part of the NH Leadership Development Programs in Northern Europe, participants are invited to a “Hackathon” With 24 hours on the clock, non stop, future hotel managers come together for a Design Thinking challenge. As the long hours carry on, each individual is forced to let down their guards, step out of their comfort zones, and embrace a new approach to solving daily challenges. It is a challenge to stay awake, but it is a great experience to rethink the future of our company!
